Wellness + Weight Loss

I have worked my buns off to get to a healthy weight from a very unhealthy weight. I know this weight was unhealthy because of the way my body started reacting. Definitely wasn’t expecting that wake-up call.
Like so many of my peers, I also partied too much, didn’t sleep enough, ate too much crap, didn’t exercise the right way and was never serious about taking vitamins. Oh yeah, and I also put myself in work situations that were insanely stressful. All of this recklessness resulted in my body pushing back in a major way — and yours may be doing that too, the bad thing is you don’t know until something major happens. I have never been one to regret anything in my life, but I will admit I absolutely regret not taking my body’s needs more seriously.
Not to fret, there’s plenty of ways we can pick up the pieces, but only if you have the right support, the right products, the right routines and regimes, and the right kind of respect for your body, finally. Those are the things I will share on this blog so you can get yourself back on track, or for the really smart people: stop problems before they start!
This kind of inspiration is EXACTLY what I need to keep me from slipping back into my weight-loss (or lack there of) plateau trap! I’m so excited with how you have totally re-aligned your life, creating a situation where possibilities are endless:-) Coaching, Wellness, Weight-loss inspiration etc.

8 weeks in your course is the perfect amount of time I needed to get my head back in the game. But I’m surprisingly, happy, gitty and excited for what’s in store to come. as a result of me maintaining this healthier mentality and re-vamped way of dealing with

Well anyway, I will certainly cherish the experience brought forth in this course. By remembering and reminding my self daily, of the power I possess to create a positive change in my life. Of course, paying forward that power to others by letting them know, that I didn’t get here by my own! So may all of your future courses be as rich and full of a love for life as this one was!
